The delightful small towns of Alcossebre (Alcoceber) and Las Fuentes on the Costa Azahar 'The Orange Blossom Coast' are a popular holiday destination for discerning English, Spanish and French families, but at the moment is fairly unknown by other holiday-makers.
Far removed from the international masses, the resort has retained its native charm and friendly atmosphere. Alcossebre is a quiet coastal town situated just 30 minutes from busy Castellon, 1hr from Valencia and 2 hrs from Barcelona. It is blessed with miles of beautiful sandy beaches - ideal both for sun worshippers and for lovers of water sports including water-skiing, wind surfing and yachting. The strict planning laws in the area have ensured that it is low rise only and so has avoided the impact of mass tourism. |

Las Magnolias is a part of a small complex of houses and apartments with a swimming pool and tennis court (open from mid May until the end of September). It is situated on a quite side street with just a 10 minute walk to the beaches, the nature reserve and the marina of Las Fuentes with its shops, restaurants and bars.
This self-contained spacious house has two large bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed, and one twin bed with additional pull out beds to sleep more. There is a well-appointed lounge/dining room with a TV (UK SKY freeview), and a separate kitchen with full size cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and washing machine. To the front is a patio and there is also a small garden to the rear. All linen is provided (except beach towels) and a between lets-maid service is supplied. The house also comes equipped with travel cot and high chair for the younger members of the family. Disabled access is also provided with a ramp up the kerbside and then from street level to the front door. The house also has a downstairs shower, sofa bed and flat front and rear gardens. Pets are welcome - All that we ask is that you respect a few simple common sense rules. |

We are approximately 2 hours from Barcelona airport and 1 hour from Valencia and Reus airports where both EasyJet and Ryan Air fly daily from throughout the UK.
